Young Feminist Network

THE YOUNG FEMINIST NETWORK IS…

a diverse & inclusive community of Catholic-rooted people 

in their 20s and 30s supporting one another on our faith journeys.

We bring our whole selves to this space and uphold the values of consciousness-raising, liberation, social justice, anti-colonialism, anti-racism, and feminism. We believe the Spirit is in the tension, in liminal spaces, in dialogue, and in what we co-create as seekers of a more just Church and world.

Community Agreements

We have a relationship with Catholicism and are in our 20s or 30s.
We believe in social justice and dismantling institutional and systemic oppressions.
We are working towards ending systems, labels, and assumptions that keep us separated or isolated.
We come to this group to give or receive support, ideas, and encouragement.
We honor diversity of opinion. Respectful disagreement is welcome.
We use inclusive language and understand that not all members of YFN identify as women or a binary gender.
We honor confidentiality.
