WOC Membership

Every fall WOC asks our past supporters and contributors to renew their membership and calls for new members to join. As a Catholic feminist organization, we want not only your full, active, conscious participation in all that we do, but also your voices in our organization.
Please become a full, dues-paying member of WOC and begin sharing your visions and hopes for renewing our church.

We have lots of activities planned--and WOC supporters--NOW is the time to get revved up. Catholic people everywhere are ready, willing, and prepared for the next stage of growth in our church, and women's ordination is on that agenda. But we need your membership and we need your financial support to make it happen.

Bishop Frank Murphy Scholarship
WOC is once again accepting applications for the Bishop Frank Murphy Scholarship for Women in Ministry. The scholarship fund, established in 1999 at the bequest of Bishop Murphy, promotes WOC's commitment to an inclusive Catholic Church by supporting women preparing for ministry. WOC will be awarding four $1000 scholarships for the 2003-04 academic year, to female students enrolled in graduate programs preparing for Catholic ministry.
